What we collect and why
- Submission data (name, contact email, project details) — to publish your project in the directory and contact you about updates. We do not publish contact email addresses; they are used only for administration.
- Messages sent via the contact form — to respond to your inquiry. These messages are not published.
- Theme preference (stored in your browser localStorage) — to remember light/dark mode.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Legal basis
- Consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for publishing submission data.
- Legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) for essential site functionality (theme preference).
Retention
Submission emails are retained as long as the project is listed and for up to 24 months after delisting, unless you request earlier deletion.

You can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. Contact us via the contact form.
Data storage and recipients
Submissions are stored in our email system. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except service providers necessary for hosting and email. International transfers, if any, will follow GDPR safeguards.
